With priority debt, such as mortgages, rent, council tax arrears and utility bills creating the highest levels of problem debt, the full-day summit will bring together representatives from the mortgage lenders, housing, utilities, enforcement and debt advice sectors to discuss responsible debt resolution.

Creditor email addresses for money advisers

The Creditor Email Address List we created for debt and money advisers during the pandemic is still being regularly updated in response to requests posted on it. The latest call for help is regarding Amex and Vodafone. If you are able to help or have your own request, please comment on or feel free to utilise the directory here.

We’ll be discussing this in the session on Adviser-Creditor Communications at the MALG Conference.

MALG Members Friday Forum

Whether you’re a regular, have attended before, a National or Regional Member who’s yet to take advantage of this hugely popular member benefit, we would be delighted to welcome you on screen for an hour of informal, open – and usually lively! – discussions and debates on the latest issues facing those across the debt landscape. These discussions often result in tangible solutions and collaborative opportunities so don’t miss out.
