The MALG Scotland Regional Steering Group is Co-Chaired by Sarah-Jayne Dunn, Policy Manager (Financial Health) – Citizens Advice Scotland, Vikki Wilkins, UK Head of Customer Services – PRA Group, Audrey Laing, CEO – Money Matters Money Advice Centre and Fiona Kennedy, Head of Compliance – Opos Limited.
