MALG Scotland meets regularly and draws members from the credit and debt collecting sectors, utility companies, government bodies and the advice sector.
The MALG Scotland Regional Steering Group is Co-Chaired by Sarah-Jayne Dunn, Policy Manager (Financial Health) – Citizens Advice Scotland and Vikki Wilkins, UK Head of Customer Services – PRA Group. Other Steering Group Members are – Audrey Laing, Director – Financial Inclusion Scotland, Fiona Kennedy, Head of Compliance – Opos Limited and Ged Mulvey, Training Development Lead – Money Advice Scotland.
