MALG Board Directors John Fairhurst and Robert Skinner have been leading on the development of our strategy for Data Protection and Vulnerability with specific reference to the reforms to the Debt & Mental Health Evidence Forms (originally developed by MALG and now hosted on the MALG website) and are seeking partners to help fund the project. MALG Regional Meetings update
Please note that the main contact for the MALG Scotland group Frank Johnstone has moved from Dentons LLP to Brodies LLP where the focus of his practice will continue to be consumer credit, motor finance and volume debt collection. His new email address is below and following the MALG Scotland meeting on 4 September being cancelled, the next meeting will be on 19 November at the offices of Brodies LLP, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3BX at 11am. The next MALG North East & Yorkshire meeting is on a slightly different date to what was originally advertised. It will take place on 19 September at Grant Thornton in Leeds – see full details on the events calendar.
