The Money Advice Trust (the Trust) is a charity that aims to prevent financial difficulty and remove problem debt from people’s lives. The Trust works with commercial organisations to help them support customers in vulnerable situations more effectively. Since 2011, we’ve partnered with over 450 businesses and trained more than 60,000 people to identify vulnerability, respond appropriately, and embed practical, proportionate support across their customer journeys.
Alongside our training and consultancy, we deliver the National Debtline and Business Debtline frontline debt advice services. Through our corporate partnerships, organisations can connect their customers to free, independent debt advice and support that helps them manage and repay their debts. We also share insight and learning from these services, helping partners better understand their customers’ experiences and improve outcomes for both customers and their teams.
