Help Shape Future Guidance on AI Debt Advice

Get involved in our new MaPS-funded research project ‘Exploring Safe & Effective Self-Serve in Regulated Debt Advice in the Generative AI Era‘. We’re looking for debt advisers and their clients; adviser managers or supervisors; and colleagues involved in advice quality, assurance or oversight to take part in one 60-minute, one-to-one interview, via Microsoft Teams. Find out more and express your interest in taking part.

Podcast: Efficient, Ethical Enforcement

Our latest podcast episode is OUT NOW with Laura, Sarah and Zoe Naylor of Dukes Bailiffs. This is their first interview as a trio and gives us a unique insight into how a family business is pushing boundaries in a sector which is still very much misunderstood. Listen at www.malg.org.uk/podcast or wherever you get your podcasts.

Podcast Sponsorship

We’re looking for a Sponsor for the MALG Podcast to support us in continuing these vital conversations for the remainder of 2026. It’s now had more than 1,200 downloads and more than 1,000 listeners. The exclusive Sponsor will get branding and mentions on every episode and all associated content throughout the year. Please contact helen@engagecomms.co.uk to find out more.
