Hello to all our MALG Members and contacts,

The all-new MALG Virtual Connect will take place one month today during #DebtAwarenessWeek 2021! If you haven’t already booked your place, now is the time to do it!

We’ve taken on board all your feedback from the MALG Virtual Summit in October 2020 and we have designed the agenda to include plenty of time for networking, interactive discussions and debates that we have all missed over the last year.

VRS webinar: Supporting & Identifying Vulnerable Customers in Collections

Following the success of the first Vulnerability Registration Service (VRS) webinar that we hosted back in December, we have been asked to use our well-honed Zoom skills to host their follow up event on 11 March which will be on the subject of: ‘Supporting & Identifying Vulnerable Customers in Collections‘.

MALG Regional Meetings update

Upcoming MALG Regional Meetings include: Scotland on 4 MarchMidlands on 9 March, and North West on 17 March.

MALG Regional Group Meetings are now being held via Zoom and have been very well attended. Remember, if you are a National Member, you have access to some or all of the regional groups so please take advantage of this membership benefit.
