Following the success of and learnings from the MALG Virtual Summit held in October 2020, we were pleased to be able to develop the all-new MALG Virtual Connect, which we hope will become a regular fixture in our Spring events calendar.

MALG Virtual Connect 2021 was a one-day event on 25 March (during Debt Awareness Week) offering the opportunity to engage in discussion and debate on hot topics and network with others from across the whole debt landscape. The interactive sessions provided ample opportunity for questions & answers and dedicated networking time was built into the programme.

Thank you to our overall event sponsors Intrum, Lester Aldridge, CDER Group, Dukes Bailiffs, Computershare, and Lantern, and our vulnerability session sponsor PRA Group. Thank you as well to our organising committee, speakers, and attendees who all helped to make it a fantastic event.

All registered delegates would have received a password to access slides and materials, please use this link to view here. We will also be circulating an evaluation survey and welcome any further feedback and comments on
