Hello again to all our Members and Associates! It may not feel like August weather-wise here in the UK but before we know it it’ll be September and the start of conference season. Before that time comes, we have a few things to update you on…

MALG Member Engagement Survey results

Thank you to everyone who completed the 2023 Member Engagement Survey. The feedback and insight gathered is invaluable and will be used to develop MALG’s Membership services even further. We’ve summarised what you told us we do well and what we could improve on here.

One of the questions in the survey asked who was aware of the fact that you can request speakers and topics for National and Regional Members Meetings. For those of you who weren’t aware and are eager to share your requests, please complete the form on our website here.

Creditor email addresses for money advisers

Something else on our website which you may not be aware of is the Creditor Email Address List we created for debt and money advisers during the pandemic and is still being regularly updated in response to requests posted on it. Recent calls for help have come from Sidcup Debt Advice who have been unable to obtain an email address from Lloyds Bank and Pennysmart CIC who have had no success with the current email address listed for Nationwide Building Society. If you are able to help or have your own request, please comment on or feel free to utilise the directory here.
