Hello to all our Members and Associates!

As we start hurtling towards the middle of the year we’ve got plenty to update you on. In this issue:

MALG Member Engagement Survey launches for 2024 – complete it now!

As promised, the MALG Member Engagement Survey we introduced in 2023 will be an annual occurrence as we seek to continuously develop and improve Membership.

While our aim is ‘working together to improve the lives of people in debt’, we also play an important role in supporting and therefore looking to improve the lives of those working in the debt sector. By listening to what our Members want and need, we aim to do even more to drive collaboration and improve wellbeing and consumer outcomes.

Last year you told us what we do well (which was most things – thank you!) and what we could improve on (which included becoming more of a thought leader). Watch this space, we are working on exciting ways to deliver this in 2024! We’ve been drawing on all your feedback and comments and hope that you continue to gain increased value out of MALG Membership.

If you work in any capacity across the debt landscape, we want to hear from you. Whether you are an existing/former/prospective MALG Member, or an associate/stakeholder, your feedback is invaluable to us and will help to shape our future strategy. The questions are mostly multiple choice but there are comment boxes at the end for you to expand on any of your answers and share ideas or other feedback with us. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will be open until close of business on Thursday 23 May 2024.
