Happy New Year to all our MALG Members and contacts,

We are very pleased to announce that the MALG Members Friday Forum will continue throughout 2021 as a fortnightly event thanks to our new official sponsor PRA Group. As those of you who took part in the Friday Forum during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020 will know, it has become an important opportunity to ensure that we continue MALG’s aim of ‘working together to improve the lives of people in debt’ on a regular basis as the challenges posed by COVID-19 unfold. We may now have a vaccine but the full extent of the economic impact remains to be seen and, with 2021 predicted to be such a challenging year for those in problem debt, we want to ensure that we keep lines of communication open between money advisers, creditors, collections and enforcement agents, policy-makers, regulators, and others. As a long-time supporter of MALG, PRA Group was keen to support us – read about their sponsorship of the MALG Members Friday Forum here.

More details about the Friday Forum can be found here. Members will be sent a password to access the Zoom link. If you do not receive the password but think you are eligible to, or if you are not a current MALG Member but would like to sample a session as a guest, please email info@malg.org.uk.
