Money Advice Liaison Group (MALG) and Wyser AI are pleased to invited anyone working across the debt landscape (including non-MALG Members) to a virtual event launching our joint Money & Pensions Service (MaPS)-funded research: ‘Exploring Safe & Effective Self-Serve in Regulated Debt Advice in the Generative AI Era‘.
This hour-long session, held via Zoom, will unveil the soon-to-be-published research evidence report and suite of supporting resources including a ‘Safe-Use Framework for Generative AI in Debt Advice’, a templates pack, a dissemination package and practical guides to equip advisers to work safely alongside AI and to help organisations use internal data safely for AI-enabled self-serve.
