The MALG National Members ‘AGM’ Meeting is being held on Thursday 14 July, 2022 (10:00 – 10:30). We are looking forward to welcoming our members (with voting rights) in person at 6 Alie Street, London E1 8QT. Please note, the MALG AGM 2022 will be taking place immediately before the National Members Meeting. All eligible members will receive separate invitations and we kindly ask if you wish to attend both events, please ensure you register your details on both invitations in order for us to keep track of the numbers for catering purposes. The invitation for the MALG National Members Meeting starting at 10:30 – 3:00, will be circulated on Monday 20 June.
The purpose of this AGM is the acceptance of the resignation of any current Directors of MALG Ltd who are standing down, the election by members of new Directors from those who have indicated that they wish to stand for election of MALG Ltd., and the presentation of the draft Annual Accounts.
